To be successful in this position, you need the following:

​

• Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or equivalent

• Enjoy assisting the community with their daily needs

• Are able to be pleasant when faced with challenging behaviours

• Understand individuals needs and have the desire to meet those needs

• First aid certificate

• Current drivers license

• Current Police Check or willingness to apply for one.

The role mainly requires our staff to assist with personal care and domestic support.
 

All positions are casual, however, do have the potential to become part time.
